Can I try the gym before joining?
When will your gyms open?
All our gyms are brand new and offer high quality, modern facilities.
If you join before your gym has opened, you'll receive an email to let you know when it's ready. Don't worry, you won’t be charged until your gym opens.

Do I get a membership card?
No, when you join you'll get a unique QR code, using the PureGym app. You'll scan this at the door for contactless entry.
How old do I need to be to join?
You need to be at least 16 years to join PureGym.
Can I bring a friend?
Our PLUS membership allows you to bring a buddy with you for free, up to four times a month. If you’d like to add this option when joining, select the PLUS membership.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, When signing up, select the option (tick box) for disabled access. We'll then give you the details of your Gym Manager, so you can contact them and arrange for them to meet you at the gym. They'll be able to discuss your needs and provide advice.
